What I would do to go back to this place right now….. The ambiance around us was plain relaxing. While we were in Tagaytay, I was thinking that we’ll just have our lunch at Sonya’s Garden but I realised that we’ll also stay for the night. I didn’t know Sonya’s Garden was also a bed and breakfast until then because it has always been in my mind that it’s just a restaurant with a garden but I guess I was wrong haha! It was my friend Dani’s 18th birthday weekend gateway. And throughout the entire weekend we had so much fun! We went to the beach, swim in a river, karaoke night and staying in this gem was definitely one for the books! 🙂
If you’re wondering where the river we swam to is, you can approach a staff from Sonya’s Garden and they’ll gladly guide you where it is. It’s a private property of Sonya’s for guests who’s staying in, so it is not open for public. Don’t worry about your stuffs because they also have cabanas and they offer fresh coconuts as well 🙂What I like most about this place was the simplicity, the ambiance was definitely not a luxurious type but that feeling like you’re just in a province far from a bustling city. And speaking of province, I wish our houses would all look like this! I swear I won’t even mind going out 😛The entire house didn’t have any aircon but instead you’ll get a fan and windows that are widely open so the breeze of nature would come flow around the house. At night, you don’t have to worry about the insects because the windows has screens and they have a citronella oil in each room 🙂A fancy mirror at the powder room 🙂For inquiries about the rates and inclusions you can visit their website Sonya’s Garden Bed & Breakfast .
Sonya’s Garden is located at Alfonso, Cavite.
